Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years hands-on electrical maintenance, PLC programming, hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and program plant controls systems (PLCs, HMIs, DCS, VFDs).
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement reliability and safety improvements.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to technicians.
