Job summary

Sazerac Company in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Controls Technician to keep high-speed beverage manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot electrical controls, PLCs, HMIs, and robotics across bottling, canning, and packaging lines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting electrical controls in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Siemens control platforms.
• Experience installing, replacing, and programming VFDs and HMIs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and program PLC systems and HMIs on production lines.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Fanuc robotics and automated equipment.
• Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and preventative actions.
• Read and maintain electrical drawings and CAD system documentation.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance on continuous improvement projects.
