Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on bottling lines in Bardstown, KY. You will install, maintain, and repair PLCs, MCCs, motors, drives, and related electrical systems to sustain continuous production operations.

You’ll read schematics and documentation, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities. An associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Electrical and PLC experience are required for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

Requires an Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Electrical.
Experience with PLCs and MCCs, reading ladder logic, and troubleshooting PLC issues.
Ability to read electrical schematics and work with 480-volt, 3-phase systems.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, MCCs, motors, and electrical equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals and drawings.
Troubleshoot and repair control systems, including variable speed drives and PLCs.
Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
Support bottling lines for efficiency and reliability.
