Job summary

Cencora in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose, repair and maintain materials handling equipment and automated picking systems in a distribution center. You will perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and efficiency assessments while ensuring CMMS records are accurate and spare parts are available.

Qualifications

Technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance in a distribution center.
Ability to read CAD layouts, IPB diagrams, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Diagnoses materials handling equipment and automated picking system errors and repairs.
Performs maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE and controls.
Assesses efficiency and makes necessary modifications.
Performs routine preventive maintenance to keep warehouse operations productive.
Maintains CMMS/EAM records for repairs and parts inventory.
Manages spare parts inventory.
Willing to work extra hours to meet productivity targets.
Performs related duties as assigned.
