Job summary

Williams-Sonoma DC in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support 24/7 operations. The role focuses on repairing and improving automation, MHE, and facility systems, using a CMMS work order system, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the distribution center.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance experience, be able to operate forklifts, and hold or be willing to obtain WSI certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in material handling systems or facilities building maintenance.
• Able to operate PIT powered industrial trucks including forklifts.
• Willingness to work 24/7 including holidays.
• Must be able to pass WSI certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair and improve automation and material handling equipment.
• Use a CMMS work order system.
• Communicate effectively via email and in writing.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist other technicians.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and maintain inventory of spare parts.
