Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 18; authorized to work in the United States.
• Interest in technology, machinery, robotics, or automation; willingness to learn.
• Commitment to completing apprenticeship coursework and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Support machinery installations and process improvements.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Learn to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers.
• Complete apprenticeship coursework and training requirements.
• Apply new skills in a real manufacturing environment.
