Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with hand or power tools; basic mechanical or electrical aptitude; manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial control panels and related equipment.
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, schematics, and layout packages.
• Install electrical and mechanical components under supervision.
• Route, organize, and label wires and cables.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic quality inspections and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Support other production and manufacturing activities as assigned.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on increasing responsibilities.
