Job summary

Innotec is offering a full-time apprenticeship that pays from day one. You'll gain hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, and maintenance, with company-paid coursework through GRCC to build a solid technical foundation.

You’ll learn from seasoned technicians and engineers, read schematics, troubleshoot equipment, and contribute to improvements on real manufacturing lines. No four-year degree required, just drive to learn and grow into a skilled Automation & Controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Support machinery installations and process improvements.
• Participate in preventive maintenance activities.
• Learn to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and engineers.
• Complete apprenticeship coursework and training requirements.
• Apply new skills in a real manufacturing environment.
