As a Mechatronics Technician Apprentice, you will be part of a structured apprenticeship program designed to develop the next generation of highly skilled technical talent in automation, electrical systems, mechanical systems, robotics, controls, and advanced manufacturing.
The Mechatronics Technician Apprentice will attend technical courses at Waukesha County Technical College while also gaining paid, hands‑on experience at INNIO’s Waukesha facility. This program is ideal for students or early‑career candidates who enjoy solving problems, working with technology, learning how complex equipment works, and building a career in high‑tech manufacturing.
As a Mechatronics Technician Apprentice, you will learn how to support, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve advanced manufacturing equipment and systems used in the production of large scale engines.
