Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in industrial automation or controls in high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1–2 troubleshooting for production equipment.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, instrumentation, and networks issues.
• Develop projects to improve safety, quality, reliability, and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
