Job summary

Cox is seeking an intern/co-op in Burlington, VT. You will develop and manage enterprise platforms, deployment pipelines, and automation across public and private clouds. You will gain experience with AI-assisted tooling, security, and performance monitoring while collaborating with a supportive team and a program mentor.

You must be authorized to work in the United States. The role includes flexible pay between $24.23 and $36.35 per hour, with potential additional compensation opportunities

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BA/BS in computer science or related field with coursework in software development, systems, networking and security.
• Passion for technology, reverse engineering and coding to create solutions.
• Collaborative, communicates clearly in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise platforms and deployment pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and ongoing support processes.
• Document new development, procedures or test plans as needed.
• Follow best practices, security and engineering standards.
• Build tools and pipelines for CI/CD across environments.
• Automate code packaging, deployment and configuration management.
• Gather feedback from delivery/ops teams to improve throughput and quality.
• Monitor system and service performance and escalate when needed.
• Leverage AI tools to assist in productivity, testing, and automation.
