Zusammenfassung

BG Staffing, Inc. is looking for a Real Estate Technology Analyst to design and deploy AI-enabled tools that streamline transaction tracking and reporting for a premier corporate account.

You will work with the Transaction Manager and Coordinator to identify bottlenecks and automate workflows while ensuring data integrity across systems. The role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, emphasizing training, adoption, and continuous improvement of tools in a fast-paced real estate

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field is preferred.
1–3 years in data analysis, BI, process optimization, or tech-administrative roles.
Experience building automation workflows and AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

Design, develop, and implement AI-driven tools to automate transaction workflows.
Create templates, tracking tools, and dashboards to standardize real estate processes.
Integrate AI with existing databases and tools to eliminate data silos.
Collaborate with Transaction Manager and Coordinator to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
Provide training and support to the transaction team for new technologies.
Prepare executive-level summaries and KPI dashboards for client leadership.
