Bay Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Analyst – Automation to evaluate, design, implement, and optimize tech-enabled solutions across the credit union. You will partner with stakeholders to identify challenges, document requirements, and improve processes using RPA, workflow automation, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or a related technology-focused role.
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into tech solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar low-code/no-code tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand operational needs, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into testable solutions.
• Analyze and document current-state processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process automation, workflow automation, and AI.
• Design, configure, test, deploy, and support automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Perform data analysis and risk assessments to support automation decisions.
• Support governance, including security, compliance, and legal requirements for automation.
• Develop business cases outlining benefits, costs, and success metrics.
• Create and maintain documentation for requirements, flows, and procedures.
• Lead or support technology projects with scope, schedule, and budget management.
