Job summary
US Tech Solutions seeks a skilled business process professional to analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end processes with automation and AI-driven enablement. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis or related field.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniques.
- Strong business process analysis and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and design AI-ready processes.
- Analytical thinking for evaluating complex workflows, data, and business needs.
- Translate requirements into structured process designs and implementation recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Commitment to safety, security, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business process mapping and documentation with automation opportunities in mind.
- Translate insights into structured requirements and inputs for automation.
- Design and recommend optimized processes to improve efficiency and experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement process improvements.
- Evaluate end-to-end processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Support scalable, repeatable processes enabling automation and intelligent workflows.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption of improvements through effective communication.
- Monitor solutions and recommend enhancements based on performance and needs.
- Contribute to development and refinement of processes, systems, and automation-enabled products.
