Responsibilities

• Map and structure end-to-end business processes with owners and tech teams.
• Identify dependencies, rules, edge cases and data/systems involved.
• Create reusable process maps, descriptions and a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with developers during design, testing and implementation.
• Measure impact of improvements and iterate on TO-BE processes.
