Job summary

POM Wonderful is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Manager to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies at our California plant. You will drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT/OT, and external partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum five years of progressive experience in manufacturing, engineering, automation, or advanced manufacturing with leadership of cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a prioritized advanced manufacturing and continuous improvement roadmap.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through robotics, machine vision, AI, and automation.
Lead automation projects from concept to implementation and benefits verification.
Analyze OEE, downtime, capacity, quality, and cost data to prioritize improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews and ensure plant safety and hygienic design.
