Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Senior Manager of Process Engineering to lead a team of site engineers responsible for automation uptime, systems optimization, and facility infrastructure at automated distribution centers. You will guide continuous improvement across the supply chain using data analytics and lean six sigma to reduce costs and improve service, while advancing a standardized “One Best Way” for operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of Industrial engineering experience in Distribution or Fulfillment.
• 3+ years experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, WCS, WES and RMS architectures.
• Experience using data analytics to drive results.
• Lean principles experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Process/Industrial engineers and facilities professionals across multiple locations.
• Own the process engineering strategy and continuous improvement for automated warehouse operations.
• Lead optimization of automation, material flow, labor, and warehouse processes.
• Develop capacity, throughput, labor, productivity, and cost models for decision support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end performance at sites.
• Establish and improve engineering and operational KPIs.
• Ensure facilities and equipment meet safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, integrators, and business partners.
• Drive standardization and 'One Best Way' deployment across the DC network.
