POM Wonderful LLC is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to drive plant performance through process optimization, automation, and reliability efforts on the California manufacturing floor.

You will analyze OEE, downtime, quality, and productivity metrics, lead Lean-based improvements, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT/OT teams to deploy automation and data-driven solutions across SCADA, MES, and CMMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics/Automation or related engineering.
• 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience analyzing losses and implementing improvements.
• Experience cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, or IT/OT.
• Experience leading or supporting projects from definition to implementation.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for safety, quality, reliability, and productivity improvements on the manufacturing floor.
• Analyze OEE, downtime, quality, waste, labor, capacity, and reliability data to prioritize improvements.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving.
• Facilitate root cause investigations using A3, PDCA, 5 Why, Fishbone diagrams, and other tools.
• Support automation, controls, digitalization, and manufacturing technology projects end-to-end.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and project charters for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT/OT teams to implement improvements.
• Support deployment of manufacturing systems including SCADA, MES, CMMS, Power BI, and data platforms.
• Use value stream and process mapping to improve material flow and efficiency.
• Participate in equipment startups, validation, and handoff during capital projects.
• Support TPM and reliability initiatives to reduce failures and improve asset performance.
