Job summary

Ralliant is seeking an Automation Engineering Manager, Manufacturing in Hollister, CA to lead a team driving automation within the Manufacturing Engineering department. You will deploy MES, harvest manufacturing data, and build data warehouses and dashboards to improve yield, cycle times, and productivity.

You will oversee software lifecycle management, automate labeling workflows, and integrate ERP/PLM with MES while ensuring GMP/MIL/ISO9001/AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong API & system integration background required.
• SQL fluency essential for analytics and reporting.
• Experience with MES/ERP integration and data warehousing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/MIL/ISO9001/AS9100 standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor automation team to automate manufacturing processes.
• Administer MES deployments and data integration between systems.
• Develop dashboards and data warehouses for yield, cycle times, and productivity.
• Ensure software lifecycle management from proto to manufacturing phase.
