Job summary

Nationwide is offering a PL Operations Modernization Intern role designed to immerse students in business operations, analytics, and modernization. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams to drive automation, AI, and process improvement during a 12-week summer program.

You’ll gain experience in project planning, reporting, executive-ready presentations, and stakeholder engagement while exploring tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Sophomore or junior year completion preferred.
• Involvement in student organizations, leadership activities, internships, or relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and tracking activities.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
