The internship provides hands-on experience with project management, business analytics, and collaboration with leaders across Operations, Technology, and Analytics, including exposure to AI and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Completion of sophomore or junior year preferred.
• Involvement in student orgs, leadership activities, internships or relevant work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking activities, including risks, action items, issues, timelines, and dependencies.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Support adoption of new tools, automation solutions, and process improvements via change readiness and stakeholder engagement.
• Gather feedback to improve user experience and drive successful implementations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, executive summaries, and project updates for leadership.
• Assist with enhancements of business tools including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Create process docs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
