Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in storefront door installation or relevant industry.
• Must obtain AAADM certification within six months of employment.
• Ability to lift, bend and use power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and installation following manufacturers' procedures and specifications.
• Document time spent and issues at job-site, with proper notes.
• Work safely to prevent accidents to self, coworkers, contractors, and the public.
• Wear and maintain PPE as required.
• Perform maintenance, break-fix, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and contractors.
• Participate in training programs.
• Join on-call rotations after certification and training.
