Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pedestrian Door Solutions is hiring a Service Technician in the United States (Bucks County, PA). You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian doors, including sliding, swinging, and rotating models, to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a minimum age of 21 and AAADM certification within one year. A company vehicle is provided along with health, dental, and vision insurance and 401(k) with matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade automated pedestrian doors.
• Experience with electro-mechanical devices and basic electrical concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 110 lbs and operate power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors.
• Participate in training programs and AAADM certification.
• Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
