Job summary

Symetri USA is seeking a Solution Specialist to lead Autodesk Forma implementations and presales activities. This fully remote role offers hybrid availability in the United States, with locations in Nashua, NH and Springfield, MO.

The role combines hands-on configuration, training delivery, and sales enablement to grow Autodesk Forma opportunities. The ideal candidate will manage discovery, define workflows, deliver demonstrations, and guide projects from scope to delivery, while collaborating

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Forma and related AECO workflows.
• Experience in presales, client discovery, and workshops.
• Ability to configure, demonstrate, and support cloud-based project delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows and objectives.
• Configure projects, roles, templates, and standards for Forma deployments.
• Deliver role-based training and develop training materials.
• Support proposals, statements of work, and scope development.
• Develop sales enablement materials and coach teams on opportunities.
