Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in design and manufacturing with product development focus.
• 3+ years of strategic or technical software sales experience.
• Interest and familiarity with adjacent manufacturing technologies – CAD/CAM/MES/PDM/PLM/ERP.
• Exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills to clarify and summarize complex issues for executives.
• Great storyteller with adaptable communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery across disciplines with focus on product development from conceptual design to production.
• Identify and document customer challenges and needs.
• Develop and present precise and effective product demonstrations.
• Conduct ROI value analyses for prospects & customers.
• Assist in producing executive-level presentations and value summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer workshops, value assessments, and training.
• Track industry metrics to monitor trends and competitive benchmarking.
• Work with partners in co-selling motions for smooth transitions to services.
• Support demand generation activities such as webinars, seminars, and roadshows.
