Job summary

Symetri is seeking a Solution Specialist: Autodesk Forma to join our Construction Services Team. This role focuses on delivering Autodesk Forma implementations and helping the sales team grow Forma opportunities.

You will balance hands‑on technical consulting, workflow optimization, and presales activities, working with clients across AECO to drive successful project outcomes. The position offers fully remote work with hybrid options in Nashua, NH, and requires strong collaboration with clients,

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Autodesk Forma and related AECO workflows.
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud and the broader Autodesk ecosystem.
Ability to configure, demonstrate, and support cloud‑based project delivery platforms.
Understanding of design, construction, and project information management processes.
Skilled in developing implementation plans, adoption roadmaps, and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client workflows and objectives.
Configure projects, roles, permissions, templates, and standards; align with client needs.
Deliver role‑based training for administrators, teams, and end users.
Document configurations, recommendations, and next steps; identify expansion opportunities.
Prepare scopes of work, roadmaps, and implementation plans; support proposals.
