Job summary

Evans General Contractors is seeking an Autodesk Solutions Specialist to serve as the company-wide owner and administrator for Autodesk Forma and related products in the Forma Preconstruction and Operations Bundles. You will create, configure, and maintain all Forma projects, ensuring standardized workflows and user adoption across the organization.

The role combines technical expertise with governance, training leadership, and frontline support to maximize Autodesk tool value and drive

Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud or related Autodesk construction products.
Experience supporting construction, design, engineering, operations, or preconstruction teams.
Strong understanding of construction workflows, project lifecycles, and preconstruction processes.
Experience creating and delivering technical training, job aids, playbooks, and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Own Autodesk Forma project creation and administration, ensuring standards and templates are maintained.
Administer, train, and provide support for Autodesk Forma and related products across Operations and Preconstruction.
Establish and enforce company standards for project creation, naming conventions, permissions, and setup practices.
Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials; create instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning experiences.
Promote system governance and improve adoption by engaging project teams and sharing best practices.
