Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Director of Forma Design Industry Strategy to define the GTM and strategic direction for the Forma Industry Cloud. Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product, or management consulting, with AEC exposure.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable business results.
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities across the built environment.
• Experience representing a product or company externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Forma Industry Cloud strategy and GTM direction, setting priorities for investment and differentiation.
• Leverage data and AI signals to form a clear point of view on product strategy and market fit.
• Guide decisions on pricing, packaging, and adoption to demonstrate value across planning, design, and delivery.
• Build briefs and recommendations to help leadership make confident decisions.
• Be a strong evangelist for Forma inside Autodesk and externally with customers and partners.
• Represent Forma at industry events and capture customer stories to demonstrate value.
• Partner with the Forma design product team to shape the product roadmap with market and customer insight.
• Align with Autodesk's global strategy to connect Forma's strategy with broader Industry Cloud vision.
