Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an experienced Damage Auto Body Appraiser to join our busy, dealership-based repair shop in Massachusetts. You will determine repair scope and costs, interact with customers and insurance personnel, and manage parts ordering and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massachusetts auto appraiser required or clearly demonstrated licensure eligibility.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with collision damage appraisal and estimates preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and insurance personnel to determine damage repairs and estimated costs.
• Order, track and check parts; schedule customer appointments.
• Communicate progress of repairs with customers and insurance companies.
• Write up estimates and supplements and submit them to insurers for approval.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management.
