FirstBank PR is seeking an experienced Business Relationship Officer III in Auto Wholesale Financing. You will analyze client needs, structure credit requests, and coordinate with senior staff to grow asset generation while maintaining compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position including client and relationship management, analysis of financial statements, financial modeling and projections.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a relationship marketing plan and markets bank’s products to clients and prospects.
• Presents bank products and analyzes/structures credit requests within established parameters.
• Prepares Credit Approval Memorandums to evaluate financial position and trends.
• Monitors and maintains collateral and borrowing base/availability; ensures repayment per terms.
• Prepares written communications with borrowers.
• Monitors loan portfolio delinquency and performs collection procedures when necessary.
• Manages accounts within risk parameters and applies credit strategies and covenants.
• Monitors overdraft balances and follows up on client performance; refers problem loans as applicable.
• Handles closing process with senior/closing officers and reviews documentation.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements for audits.
• Performs credit administration tasks including covenant compliance and quarterly reviews.
• Provides high level customer service to minimize attrition.
