Bud Clary Auto Group is seeking a Title Clerk in Washington to verify licensing schedules and manage the legal transfer of documents for the DMV. You will process wholesale purchases and sales, submit documents to licensing offices, and maintain title records with accuracy.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a detail-oriented approach. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–4 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED Equivalency.
• Experience requirements: preferred 2–4 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify licensing schedules for correct fees.
• Handle legal transfer of documents for the DMV.
• Process wholesale purchases and sales.
• Submit all legal documents to licensing offices.
• Maintain/clean scheduling records weekly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
