Job summary

Bud Clary Auto Group is seeking a Title Clerk to support DMV registrations for WA and out-of-state customers. The role includes handling legal documents, maintaining licensing schedules, and processing wholesale transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential. Employment offers benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus related experience preferred.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with DMV licensing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processes all New and Used vehicle registrations for Washington state, submitting legal documents to the DMV.
• Processes registrations for out-of-state customers and submits documents to the corresponding DMV.
• Maintains/cleans wholesale and licensing schedules weekly.
• Analyzes and processes Buy Center/Street purchases.
• Analyzes and processes dealership wholesales/in-store transfers.
• Prepares payoff checks for Buy Center/Street purchases.
• Provides exceptional customer service to clients.
• Works with DMV offices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
