Maika Management LLC is seeking an Auto Tags & Title Clerk to join our Philadelphia team. This fast-paced, customer-facing role handles vehicle title transfers, registrations, and PennDOT paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania title and registration procedures is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Title Clerk or DMV/Auto Tags Clerk preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and tag applications accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit PennDOT paperwork and ensure compliance with Pennsylvania title and registration requirements.
• Maintain organized records of title and registration transactions; communicate with customers, dealerships, lienholders, and state agencies.
• Verify VINs, lien releases, odometer disclosures, insurance information, and supporting documents.
• Track outstanding titles and paperwork and follow up when necessary.
• Identify discrepancies and help resolve title and registration issues.
• Answer phones and assist customers at the front desk.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
