Job summary

Sedgwick, a leading provider of risk solutions, is seeking a Business Development Director for Auto Solutions to expand top-line growth by building and maintaining strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients across the region. You will identify opportunities, tailor programs, and guide the response process from RFPs to pricing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• CPCU and/or ARM designation preferred or in progress.
• Ten years of related experience, with five years in relationship building in claims/risk management.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops and maintains internal and external relationships/partnerships.
• Builds relationships with prospects and clients.
• Manages development of new partnerships and implementation of client programs.
• Develops knowledge of prospect operations to tailor marketing approaches.
• Coordinates responses, pricing for RFPs, proposals and presentations.
• Designs service programs and annual sales plans to meet client needs.
