Job summary

Caliber Collision in Colleyville is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all‑purpose duties in the production area, including housekeeping, sweeping, waste disposal, booth cleaning, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location to support timely repairs.

The role requires following Caliber SOPs and center procedures, maintaining a clean shop, and assisting teammates across tasks to ensure efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping in the production area, including cleaning and waste disposal.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion and support minor building maintenance as needed.
• Follow Caliber SOPs and center procedures to help repairs be completed in a timely manner.
