Job summary

Caliber Collision Stafford is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to support a busy production floor. You will maintain the interior workspace, keep tools organized, and assist with spray booth cleaning to ensure smooth operations.

The role offers weekly pay, overtime eligibility, and benefits including medical/dental/vision. Training in I-CAR and ASE may be provided to help you grow within the shop.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy
• Nice to have collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area (empty waste cans, sweep floors, dispose of unwanted parts).
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and place tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds; perform minor equipment/building maintenance when necessary.
