Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in a fast-paced production shop. You will maintain daily housekeeping, assist in cleaning spray booths, and help with minor repairs while complying with standard operating procedures to support timely repairs.

Qualifications include being 21+, possessing a valid driver's license, and willingness to work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment. Training and overtime opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs and bending.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping of the interior production area and keep tools and equipment organized.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and maintaining parking lots and grounds.
• Support minor equipment and building maintenance as needed and follow SOPs.
