Job summary

Caliber Collision Hunt Valley is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties in our production area. Responsibilities include cleaning spray booths, organizing tools, and keeping the interior and exterior spaces neat and safe.

The role supports shop operations by handling waste disposal and basic maintenance tasks as needed. Ideal candidates are physically capable of sustained work, can follow written and verbal instructions, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activity including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling and squatting.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily interior housekeeping of the production area, including waste disposal and sweeping.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools and equipment.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion; assist with minor maintenance when needed.
