Job summary

Caliber Collision in San Antonio is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to keep the production area clean and organized, including spraying booths and tool organization. You will help with light maintenance and ensure safety and SOP compliance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, including disposing of waste and sweeping floors.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and placing tools and equipment in their proper locations.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat, orderly fashion; perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs when necessary.
