Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Auto Shop Helper to perform all-purpose duties within our Fort Worth center. Responsibilities include housekeeping, cleaning spray booths, organizing tools, and assisting with maintenance to keep the shop running smoothly.

The role requires physical activity and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Prior collision experience is a plus, and opportunities for training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid drivers license; eligible for company insurance.
• Nice to have collision experience or VO-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior production area.
• Assist in cleaning spray booths and organizing tools.
• Help with parking lots and grounds upkeep.
• Perform minor equipment and building maintenance.
• Follow SOPs and center procedures to ensure timely repairs.
