Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager in Glendale, AZ to lead a busy automotive service and tire location. You’ll own the customer experience, coach a team, and manage day-to-day operations with district support to drive sales and profitability.

You’ll oversee staffing, inventory, safety, and performance metrics while fostering a high-performing, compliant store culture with opportunities for advancement within the Sun Auto network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive service, tire, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams in fast-paced, customer-facing settings.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, and inventory.
• Strong customer service, sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with accountability in a process-driven environment.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set expectations and maintain a positive, safety-focused work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and execute action plans to meet targets (sales, car count, profits).
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS, including returns and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate with district leadership and vendors as needed.
• Ensure store is clean, safe, and compliant with standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
