• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management with success in sales and operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team motivation abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, P&L, inventory, and store performance.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and data analysis tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass MVR check.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
