Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional vehicle servicing to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction.
• Follow training to gain certification in offered services.
• Promote teamwork and provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Check and communicate oil level and tire pressure with the team.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
