Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief at our Apple Valley, MN location. The role is full-time and provides leadership over a shop team, working directly with the General Manager to grow revenue, lead quality service, and train crew members for career advancement.

You will implement our training program, coach crew, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day operations and store performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and motivational ability.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and manuals.
• Able to stand on concrete or metal floors for long periods.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store crew alongside the GM to drive revenue.
• Coach staff, maintain operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
