Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Must read and interpret safety and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and develop automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Manage inventory and product orders.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center stays clean, safe, and presentable.
