Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading retail and service teams, including hiring and coaching.
• Support drive of vehicle service sales and repairs to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs such as gross profit and service revenue; lead team toward targets.
• Train and mentor employees on service procedures and customer service standards.
• Create and maintain staff schedules for front-of-house and back-of-shop operations.
• Review performance data and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Assist with inventory management including parts and tires.
• Support general housekeeping and facility upkeep, stocking and store support tasks.
• Promote technical training initiatives across all technician levels.
• Ensure operations comply with policies and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Maintain flexibility for varied schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.
