Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate store associates and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain productivity, profitability, and a positive service environment.
• Train staff on Customer Care Process, CVIs, and store systems.
• Recruit and hire talent, interview and promote internal candidates.
• Monitor workflow and back shop operations for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.
