Valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
Ability to supervise and appraise work.

Responsibilities

Direct, instruct, and manage team members including assigning, supervising, and appraising work.
Responsible for store productivity, profitability, and overall operations.
Train and coach service selling associates on Gas 3, vehicle inspections, and store systems.
Recruit and interview talent to ensure operating efficiency and service levels.
Monitor shop productivity and maintain work orders and invoices; ensure security of POS transactions.
Advise customers on tires, parts, and service programs; ensure service standards.
Ensure policy compliance and equitable resolution of customer complaints.
Lead opening/closing duties as a key holder.
Work with Fleet team to maintain customer relationships.
Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
