Qualifications

• Two or more years of management or equivalent automotive industry experience.
• Experience coaching teams to success through effective communication.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit goals.
• Possess valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a State Inspector license within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sets expectations and communicates with employees on responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Conducts regular meetings and store audits to ensure policy compliance.
• In partnership with HR, recruits, interviews, and hires new employees as needed.
• Performs performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals.
• Analyzes and measures business trends; develops plans to maximize sales and meet targets.
• Reviews invoices and reports to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintains controls over assets and follows closing procedures for deposits.
