Driver's Edge Auto Repair, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is seeking a Manager-on-Deck to lead store performance and guest services, driving sales and profitability.

This role emphasizes operations, HR, budgeting, and coaching teams, with compensation from $60,000 to $80,000 per year and benefits including insurance, retirement plan, and paid holidays. Join a growing network that values development and advancement within automotive service leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of management experience in automotive industry.
• Experience coaching teams to success through effective communication.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans for the store.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Valid driver’s license; able to work five days including weekends.
• State Inspector License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Sets expectations and coaches employees on responsibilities and customer service.
• Ensures policy compliance through regular meetings and store audits.
• Partners with HR to recruit, interview, and hire new staff.
• Conducts performance evaluations at regular intervals.
• Analyzes trends and implements plans to maximize sales and profit.
